GlowPrime Cleaning provides professional cleaning services at the customer's property. We do not sell or ship physical products.

Service Appointments

Cleaning services are provided at the address agreed with the customer at the time of booking.

The date and approximate time of the appointment will be confirmed with the customer before the service takes place.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate property details and ensuring that our cleaning team can safely access the property at the agreed time.

Service Area

We currently provide cleaning services in Liverpool and surrounding areas, subject to availability.

For properties outside our usual service area, please contact us to confirm availability and any applicable additional charges.

Delays or Changes

If circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from providing the service at the agreed time, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible to arrange an alternative appointment.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
